Starting Point and Challenge

It is a large educational institution with several different target audiences:

  • students and prospective students
  • educators and researchers

The main challenge was to optimize and consolidate existing digital channels and integrate them so that they function as a unified communication ecosystem. The goal was to establish digital channels as the primary and authoritative sources of information. Key highlights of the project:

  • Secondary channels: LinkedIn and YouTube as supplementary communication channels

Vision and Purpose of the Collaboration

The goal of the collaboration was not merely to boost the numbers, but rather:

  • the long-term development of robust internal communication channels
  • Timely and prompt communication on topics such as the promotion of the program, achievements and awards, and research work
  • building trust and long-term relationships with various stakeholders
  • laying the groundwork for effective communication, even in potential crisis situations
During the period of cooperation, a strong bond was formed with the student community, with the clear ambition to also strengthen communication with in the next research and educational community and other key stakeholders.

The main focus was not merely on growing the number of followers, but on engagement and the reach of content beyond the existing community. Although the channels had existed previously, posts were not regular, the formats were not optimized, and there was a lack of video content.

This covers the period from June 1 to December 31, 2025. For Instagram and Facebook, the results cover the period starting in mid-June 2025 due to a change in how metrics are tracked.

Campaign goal: To attract the most promising students to enroll, not merely to increase enrollment, as the faculty in question has no trouble with that.

Content Digital Strategy

Content of posts and selection of social media platforms: We used Instagram and Facebook to distribute content designed to further engage young people—high school students—and encourage them to enroll; for content distribution, we primarily used Instagram and Facebook, as well as our website, of course.

Format: a greater proportion of video content, a few carousel posts, and a photo to convey information

Analysis of Published Content: Student-led promotion of the program, presentation of student projects and study abroad opportunities, a look into a student’s daily life, answers to frequently asked questions, Q&A in Reels format, presentation of other important projects, promotion of awards and achievements, and an overview of academic requirements and admission criteria

Note: Organic growth is a long-term process; results don’t appear overnight and require consistent posting and a great deal of patience, but on the other hand, they are sustainable and richly rewarding.
